Maria Shelton has an extensive work experience in event management, data science, and security & privacy. In 2020, they founded and became the CEO of Ardian Technologies, Inc., a company that democratizes data science, management, and security & privacy with its innovative no-code/low-code B2B applications for citizen developers. Prior to this, they were the Founder & CEO of Ardian Group, Inc. since 1999, a company that offers a compliant data management SaaS solution, project management, dedicated customer support, and on-site support for public-and private-sector projects around the world. Maria has also held various roles in the past such as Media Credential & Logistics Consultant for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge Visit in 2011, Venue System Manager for the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Games in 2010, Manager for Super Bowl XLIV in 2010, Project Director for the Presidential Inauguration Committee in 2008, Manager for the 2002 Winter Olympics and Paralympic Games in 2000, Merchandising Manager for the Republican National Convention 2000 in 1999, Director of Accreditation for the Goodwill Games 1998 in 1998, and Credentials Director for the Denver Summit of the Eight in 1997.

Maria Shelton attended Boston University from 1990 to 1993, where they earned a BS in Communications and Sociology. Prior to this, they attended Philadelphia High School for Girls.
