Armand de Maistre

Armand de Maistre has had extensive work experience in the finance industry. Armand started their career in 2007 as a Junior Financial Controller at Ardian (AXA Private Equity), where they worked on fund finance for direct funds. In 2009, they joined BM&A as a Financial Auditor, where they were responsible for legal audits and also provided consulting services. After leaving BM&A in 2014, Armand returned to Ardian in 2015 as a Senior Financial Controller, gradually progressing to the roles of Finance Manager, Senior Finance Manager, and ultimately Finance Director - Customized Solutions. In their current role, Armand leads a team of 26 people located in Paris, Frankfurt, and Zurich, overseeing financial control, operational management, reporting, and investor servicing. Armand is responsible for divisions dedicated to major institutional investors and Swiss & UK investors. Armand'sresponsibilities also include team management, recruitment, financial control of 20 private equity funds, analysis and performance calculations of investment funds, preparation and presentation of accounting and financial data, cash flow projections, validation of financial statements, and budget monitoring. Armand has played a pivotal role in the growth and success of the organizations they have worked for, demonstrating strong leadership and expertise in the finance field.
