Aurore Cointepoix

Aurore Cointepoix has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Aurore started their career at JLL in 2009, working as a Workplace and Design Project Director for two years before becoming a Real Estate Project Director. In 2015, Aurore joined EUROSIC (later acquired by Gecina) as a Project Development Manager, where they were responsible for implementing value-added programs on the company's portfolio and managing design and build teams. Aurore then joined Gecina directly in 2017 as a Real Estate Project Manager. In 2018, Aurore joined Ardian as a Senior Investment Manager. Aurore is currently in this role.

Aurore Cointepoix completed their education at various institutions. From 2005 to 2008, they attended Ecole spéciale des Travaux publics, du Bâtiment et de l'Industrie (ESTP), where they obtained a Diplome ETP. Their field of study during this time is unspecified. Later, from 2010 to 2014, they enrolled at Institut des Etudes Juridiques appliquées à la Construction et à l'Habitation (ICH), where they received a degree in 2015. Their area of specialization was in being a Responsable de programmes immobiliers (Real Estate Program Manager). Aurore Cointepoix also acquired the Leed Green Associate certification from USGBC, although the dates of their study are not provided. Subsequently, from 2012 to 2015, they pursued further studies in the Programme Immobilier (Real Estate Program) at ICH. Finally, they obtained a Certification AMF in 2018, but the starting year of the program is not mentioned.
