Senior Finance Controller at Ardian

Myriam Carat has worked in various companies and roles throughout their career. Myriam started their professional journey in 2010 as a Chargée de mission en programmation at Biosense Webster, where they worked for three months. In 2011, they joined SNCF as a Chargé d'études à la direction de l'ingénierie SNCF, where they served for three months. The following year, in 2012, Myriam worked as a Consultante en reporting bancaire au sein d'Evolan Compliance Services at Sopra Group, specializing in regulatory banking reporting for prominent financial institutions such as Natixis, BNP, and Société Générale. Myriam held this position for six months. In 2013, they transitioned to Mazars, assuming the role of Manager Audit financier, where they served for almost six years until 2019. Currently, Myriam is pursuing their career at Ardian as a Senior finance controller, a position they have held since June 2019.

Myriam Carat has a strong educational background with a focus on strategy, finance, marketing, and accounting. In 2012, they obtained a Master's degree from ESSEC Business School, where they studied these subjects. Prior to that, they completed their Engineer's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Ecole nationale supérieure de l'Electronique et de ses Applications from 2009 to 2012. Before entering their engineering program, Myriam Carat attended Lycée Janson-de-Sailly. Myriam pursued their scientific studies there from 2007 to 2009 through the Classes Préparatoires Scientifiques program.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Myriam Carat holds a certification from the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) in France. Myriam obtained this certification in November 2019.
