Fergus Nugent began their work experience in 2010 as an Assistant Project Manager at Sepam. In 2011, they joined Ardmac as an Architectural Technologist and worked in that role until 2012. Fergus then progressed to become the Architectural Lead for Major Projects from 2013 to 2016. After that, they served as a pre-construction Project Manager from 2016 to 2018, and then as a Technical Manager from 2018 to 2021. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Project Manager before being promoted to the role of Associate Director of Project Management in 2022.
