Troy Poncin

Troy Poncin is an experienced IT professional with a comprehensive background in technology infrastructure and management. Currently serving as the Technology Infrastructure Lead at Ardon Health, Troy has previously held key positions including Senior System Engineer at BBSI and IT Manager at SERA Architects, where responsibilities included managing significant budgets and overseeing IT teams across multiple locations. With a track record of directing IT initiatives and compliance standards as the Director of IT for Crook County and Information Systems Manager for the City of Elko, Troy has developed skills in budget management and network controls.
