Rick Caylor

Rick Caylor has extensive experience in sales and business development, particularly in the IoT sector. Rick has held various roles at companies such as Arduino, CapstoneESG, relayr, Jabil, and Insight, where they managed sales teams, developed GTM strategies, and built channel ecosystems. Rick'swork at Arduino as the Global Director of Distribution Sales showcased their ability to drive global sales initiatives and manage key distributor relationships. Prior to that, they held roles at various technology companies, including Capstone Technologies, Avnet, and Sonasoft Corp., where they focused on sales, business development, and channel management. Rick'sdiverse background and experience have allowed him to excel in sales leadership roles in the tech industry.

Rick Caylor completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Management at the University of Indianapolis in 1979. Rick then pursued a degree in Nuclear Missile Weapon Systems at the United States Air Force Officer's Training School before earning an MBA in Business Administration from the University of North Dakota in 1983. In 1994, they obtained a Certification of Completion in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from JIT Institute. Later in 2002, Rick received a Certification of Finance for Non-Financial Managers from Stanford University. Most recently, in 2020, they attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology for IoT Business Applications and Opportunities.
