Bradley Waldrop Pe

Bradley Waldrop, PE, currently serves as the Group Lead for Transportation at Ardurra, a position held since March 2021. Previously, Waldrop was the Regional Managing Director at NV5, overseeing operations and business development in Northern California from June 2015 to March 2021. In addition to engineering roles, Waldrop founded Business Integrity Matters, aimed at integrating a biblical worldview into business practices, and hosted the Holy Profits Radio show. Waldrop has extensive experience in leadership and management consulting, having been the President of Chrysalis Consulting, LLC, and previously held roles such as Vice President at The Joseph Initiative Inc., Director of Operations at Bureau Veritas, and Consulting Engineer for various projects. Waldrop’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University-Sacramento.
