Kristina Sosa

Kristina Sosa is an experienced project coordinator with a background in academic advising and military logistics. Currently serving as Project Coordinator III at Ardurra, Kristina focuses on revenue recognition and profitability reviews in collaboration with the Operations and Project Accounting Team. Previously, as a Subto Real Estate Success Advisor at New Reach Education, Kristina supported a community of over 800 members and maintained a high course completion rate. At the University of Iowa, Kristina advised 450-500 students in the Sport and Recreation Management major and contributed to program curriculum revisions. Kristina's military experience includes serving as an Automated Logistical Specialist and Battalion Readiness NCO in the US Army, where duties involved supporting personnel operations and mission readiness. Academically, Kristina holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Leadership from Mount Mercy University, a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship from Bradley University, and an Associate's degree from Kirkwood Community College.
