Antonica Welvaert, PMP has over nine years of experience in healthcare policy training and outreach. Antonica began their career in 1994 as a Systems Analyst at SAP, where they were responsible for the full life cycle implementation of SAP HRIS R/3 Enterprise Learning Management System. In 1997, they joined Deloitte Consulting as a Consultant in the SAP Practice, where they coordinated development and support of ERP project management and implementation tools for use on multi-national SAP software implementations.
In 2003, Antonica rejoined Siemens Medical Solutions as a Soarian Financials Systems Analyst, where they conducted business analysis for development of Siemens Soarian Financials software. In 2009, they returned to Siemens as a Consultant in the Soarian Financials Revenue Cycle Management.
In 2010, Antonica became a Project Manager for eBusiness at Amerigroup Corporation. In 2012, they joined ARDX as General Manager | Healthcare Policy Training, where they supported the mission of the Centers for Medicare and Medicare Services (CMS) and other Federal agencies to improve our nation's healthcare through policy training and outreach. Antonica was also the Senior Technical Adviser / Project Director for a portfolio of Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) contracts with monthly budgets exceeding $1 Million.
Antonica also founded and owned The Delightful Dish, a retail gourmet food and wine store, from 2004-2010. During this time, they were responsible for ground up business creation, management and operations in retail setting with staff of six. Antonica was also awarded the Hampton Roads "Best of Beach" for Specialty food store in 2008 and 2009.
Antonica Welvaert, PMP earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from Temple University between 1990 and 1993. Antonica also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
