Tomi Virola

Tomi Virola has a solid work experience spanning over two decades. Tomi began their career at NCC in 2001 as a Site Manager, where they worked until 2003. Tomi then joined YIT as a Development Manager in 2003, and held this role for nearly two decades until 2022. In 2023, they joined ARE Oy as a Customer Experience Development Manager, and quickly progressed to the position of Director of Customer Experience in 2024.

Tomi Virola obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Construction Technologies) from Häme University of Applied Sciences from 1997 to 2001. Tomi also has additional certifications including being a Certified SAFe® 4.5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2017, and a Construction Production Vocational Examination (RAT) from Rakennusteollisuuden Koulutuskeskus RATEKO in 2004.
