Joelle Faulkner

Joelle Faulkner is the CEO of Area One Farms, a company that aims to be the leading partner for Canadian family farm financing. Previously, Joelle worked as a Consultant at Stanford University, where Joelle created commercialization strategies and raised funding for various researchers and entrepreneurs. As a Biodesign Fellow, Joelle designed and patented a device to treat heart-related illnesses, and raised initial funding for the project. Joelle holds a JSM in Law from Stanford Law School, a BA in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford, and a BESc. HBA in Chemical Engineering and Business Administration from Western University.
