Paul Richards

Paul Richards is an accomplished leader in the real estate sector, currently serving as the CEO of AREF (The Association of Real Estate Funds) since January 2014 and as a Non-Executive Director and Member of the Management Committee. In addition, Paul holds positions as a Steering Group Member at Red Foundation and an Advisory Panel Member for The IAEngine at The Investment Association, both since January 2022. As an Advisory Board Member for UKREiiF and Chair of the Real Estate Advisory Board at Bayes Business School, activities span across various influential platforms. Prior experience includes significant roles at Mercer, Richards Consulting, LaSalle Investment Management, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Cushman & Wakefield, contributing to expertise in European and Latin American real estate. Educational background includes an MSc in Corporate Property Strategy from Bayes Business School and pre-med studies in Physiological Sciences at the University of Oxford.
