Melissa Holguin

Melissa Holguin has extensive experience in project management and contract compliance, with a career spanning from June 1996 to the present. At Arellano Associates, Melissa has held the position of Staff & Project Director and Senior Project Manager since September 2006. Prior to this role, Melissa served as Project Manager/Senior Contract Compliance Officer at Padilla & Associates, where responsibilities included the development of DBE/Small Business program components and ensuring compliance with program requirements. Earlier experience at Unify International involved managing client relations and preparing status reports. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business with a concentration in Spanish from California State University-Fullerton, completed in 1997.
