Blake Terreri

Blake Terreri has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Blake started their career as a Commercial Real Estate Specialist at Blake Terreri in 2005 and held this role until 2013. In 2014, they joined Crown Realty & Development as a Senior Acquisition Manager. After three years, they co-founded and became a board member of JDF CA MGMT in 2017. Blake also served as the President of JDF CA MGMT until December 2022. Currently, Blake Terreri is working at Arena Investors, LP as the Vice President of Asset Management, a position they started in January 2023.

Blake Terreri graduated from Villanova University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with minors in Business and History. Following that, from 2009 to 2011, Blake attended Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, where they obtained an MBA with a focus on Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations.
