Torkil Mogstad

Torkil Mogstad has extensive work experience in various leadership positions. Currently, they serve as the Chief Executive Officer of Ampwell GmbH, a company that provides Battery-as-a-Service to customers in the Commercial & Industrial and Utilities sectors. Prior to this role, they were the Chairman of the Board at Ampwell AS. Torkil has also held the position of Executive Vice President at Arendals Fossekompani ASA, an industrial investment house. Additionally, they have served on the boards of Tekna Holding AS, Tekna Systemès Plasma Inc., NSSLGlobal Ltd., Alytic, AFK Property AS and Vindholmen Eiendom AS, and Arendal Lufthavn Gullknapp AS. Torkil is also a member of the board of directors at Arendal Næringsforening - Arendal Handelskammer. Torkil Mogstad has a strong background in the technology, energy, and communications sectors.

Torkil Mogstad's education history begins in 1979 when they enrolled at Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) to pursue a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, which they completed in 1984. Following this, they attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1985 to 1987, where they obtained a Scientific Master Degree (SM) in Nuclear Engineering. Later, in 1995 and 1996, Torkil Mogstad pursued further education at BI Norwegian Business School, earning an MBA degree.
