Beth Lasater

Beth Lasater has over 30 years of experience in engineering and technical management. Beth began their career at Boeing in 1989, where they worked as a Product Engineering Project Manager. In this role, they led the requirements development and verification team for Flight Support Equipment space flight hardware. In 2004, they joined ARES Corporation as an Engineering and Technical Services Manager for the Program Integration and Control Contract. Here, they managed activities related to ISS element integration, systems engineering, and project management. Beth also served as a working manager on the Constellation Technical Service Contract, handling task order negotiations, recruiting, hiring, training, and financial and technical reporting. Throughout their career, Beth has demonstrated strong leadership skills, overseeing teams of up to 21 employees and managing complex projects for NASA and other clients.

Beth Lasater completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University in 1987. From 1987 to 1989, they pursued their Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the same university.
