Squadron Leader Prashant Kadam

Squadron Leader Prashant Kadam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in military operations and strategic planning. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Strategic Planning at Areteans, Prashant has held significant roles in the Indian Air Force (IAF), including Associate Director of Military Operations and Senior Operations Manager. Prashant's technical background includes positions as an Engineering Officer in various squadrons and as a Trainee Engineering Officer. In addition to a Master of Technology in Quality Control from BITS Pilani, Prashant attained a Business Management degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow in 2021.
