Chris Adams has been involved in the medical industry since 1998. Chris'scareer began with a Strength and Conditioning Coach role at the Kansas City Royals, followed by a similar role with the Tampa Bay Rays. In 2000, they took on an Exercise Physiologist role at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and a Strength and Conditioning Coach role with the Durham Bulls. In 2010, they joined Brooks Rehabilitation as a Wellness Coordinator, Biomed Technology Specialist, and Clinical Wellness Intern Coordinator, where they created a clinical wellness program for neurological patients and provided system-wide technical support, training, and product research for Brooks' biomed devices and advanced technology. In 2012, they became a Medical Device Contractor at Restorative Therapies, and in 2015, they began their current role as Southern Region Sales Manager at Aretech - Advanced Rehabilitation Technologies, a world leader in producing advanced rehabilitation technologies for improving function and independence in patients after neurological injuries.
Chris Adams obtained a Bachelor of Science in Sports Sciences from Ohio University between 1991 and 1995. Chris has since obtained several certifications, including a Saebo Certified Fitting Clinician from Saebo, Inc. in September 2014, an Inclusive Fitness Trainer from the American College of Sports Medicine in May 2013, an RTI Advanced FES Clinician from Restorative Therapies in February 2011, and a Bioness L300 and H200 FES Clinician from Bioness Inc. in September 2010.
