Brittany Nixon

Brittany Nixon is a seasoned professional in grant management and development with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Grant Management Specialist at ARETUM since February 2022 and as the Director of Development at One Common Unity since February 2020, Brittany has successfully managed diverse grants portfolios, including overseeing budgets of $2.9 million at SOME and $3.9 million at Tahirih Justice Center. Previous roles include Grants Manager at SOME, National Grants Manager at Tahirih Justice Center, SIF Compliance Manager and Financial Analyst at Share Our Strength | No Kid Hungry, and Compliance Manager at the National Community Reinvestment Coalition. Brittany obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University, building upon earlier education from Xavier University of Louisiana.
