Rebecca Franceschini

Rebecca Franceschini is a Senior FOIA Analyst at ARETUM and also works as a FOIA Analyst II at the U.S. Department of Energy. Previously, Rebecca has been operating their own law office as an Attorney at Law & Notary Public. Rebecca holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, School of Law.
