Doug Hayashi

Doug Hayashi has worked in the finance and business industry since 1991. Doug began their career at Mitsubishi Motors Corporation, where they worked in Overseas parts purchasing. In 1996, they worked as an Analyst at Schroder Securities, and then as an Analyst and Head of Transport sector research at BZW Securities Japan Ltd. Doug then joined HSBC Securities Japan Ltd. in 1998, where they worked as a Senior Analyst and Head of Transport sector research. In 2004, they were promoted to Senior Analyst - Capital Goods research, Head of Japan research and Head of Research. In 2010, they joined ARGA Investment Management, LP as a Global Business Analyst & Economist.

Doug Hayashi's education history includes an Honours BA in Economics from Western University from 1986 to 1990. Doug has also attended Middlebury College, Western University, and the International School of Manila, although it is unclear whether they completed any further degrees or certifications.
