Emrah Ergelen

Emrah Ergelen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the construction and consulting industries. As the Founder and Managing Director of Frux Consulting since 2013, and a Founding Partner and Vice President at Arge Construction and Trade Inc. since 2005, Emrah has demonstrated strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills. Prior to these roles, Emrah worked for Hazinedaroglu Construction Group from 1995 to 2005 as a Project Engineer and Director, and briefly served as a Consultant Intern at Roland Berger in 2001. Emrah holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Università Bocconi, obtained between 2018 and 2021, and an MBA from the same institution between 2000 and 2001. Emrah earned a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1993 to 1995, and a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham between 1990 and 1993. Emrah’s foundational education includes a German Abitur and Turkish Highschool Diploma from Deutsche Schule Istanbul / Alman Lisesi, completed in 1989.
