Jessica Owen

Jessica Owen currently serves as the Operational Resilience & Continuity Manager at Argenta Group, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Jessica spent over 15 years at Lloyd's, where responsibilities included serving as Interim Lead Business Analyst and Senior Business Analyst, focusing on teams calls implementation, Brexit readiness, and process improvement, among other initiatives. Notable achievements include leading the Lloyd’s Direct Reporting project and contributing to the governance of the Singapore Shared Services. Earlier experience includes roles at MetLife, Marsh Ltd, Ansbacher, Severn Consulting, and BT, with a strong background in business analysis and project management. Jessica holds a BSc (Hons) in European Technology Management with Communication Systems from the University of Lincolnshire & Humberside.
