Joti Harper

Joti Harper is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in the insurance and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Group Head of Operations at Argenta Group since April 2024, Joti previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Acquinex from September 2022 to March 2024. Joti's prior role as Head of UK & Rest of World Operations at Beazley (May 2010 - August 2022) involved overseeing underwriting, claims operations, and business change initiatives. Joti's career also includes positions as Business Solutions Manager and Business Analyst at Beazley, alongside experience at Tesco.com and Duck Creek Technologies. Joti holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing and Statistics from the University of Brighton and attended London Business School for further education in 2015.
