Odelia Malka has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Odelia started their career in 2005 as a VIP group coordinator and translator at Yad Vashem. From 2006 to 2010, Odelia worked as a freelance translator at Hever Metargemim. In 2009, they joined The Henrietta Szold Institute where they served as a researcher for ten years, specializing in evaluative research in behavioral science, social science, and education. During their time there, they also worked as a translator from 2010 to 2013. In 2019, Odelia took on the role of a senior project manager at Argentum Consultants and a strategic business analyst at FreeMind Israel. Odelia later became the chief of strategy in both companies. Odelia's work at FreeMind involved assisting technological companies and academic institutions in maximizing their funding from non-dilutive sources. Odelia'sexpertise lies in evaluation research design, data gathering, and data analysis methodologies.

Odelia Malka's education history includes obtaining a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Political Science and Government from the University of Geneva, which took place from 2000 to 2004. Following this, they pursued studies in Political Theory at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2004 to 2006. In addition, Odelia also engaged in psychology studies at The Open University of Israel from 2001 to 2003. Lastly, they explored Philosophy and Judaism at Bar-Ilan University from 2000 to 2001.
