Marilla Pender-Cudlip

Marilla Pender-Cudlip, PharmD, RPh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Their most recent position was at argenx, where they held the role of Director of Medical Information starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Sage Therapeutics in various roles, including Senior Manager of Medical Information and Consultant Medical Writer. During their time at Sage Therapeutics, Marilla was responsible for creating and maintaining medical information response documents, optimizing document formats, managing the review process, and engaging with internal stakeholders. Before that, they worked as a Medical Writing Scientist at Vertex Pharmaceuticals and as a Medical Information Specialist at Johnson & Johnson. Marilla also has experience in education as an Academic Tutor for high school students and as a Pharmacy Intern at Skenderian Apothecary. They have a research background, having worked as a Research Technician/Administrative Assistant at Massachusetts General Hospital and as a Research Assistant at Bates College.

Marilla Pender-Cudlip completed their education with a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Bates College in 2010. Marilla received their High School Diploma from The Ethel Walker School in 2006. In addition to their degrees, Marilla also holds several certifications, including the Massachusetts Pharmacist License obtained in December 2015, the Delivering Medication Therapy Management Services certification from the American Pharmacists Association obtained in 2014, and the Immunization Delivery Certification from MCPHS University obtained in 2014.
