Gabriel Santiago

Gabriel Santiago is an Associate Consultant in the Supply Chain Practice at ARGO-EFESO, where performance improvements of 35% were achieved through lean six sigma methodologies and supply chain optimization across food and beverage plants. Previously, Gabriel served as an Engineering Intern at IDOM Consulting, contributing to design and validation of mechanisms for nuclear applications and enhancing functionality through advanced software analysis. Research experience includes work as a Research Assistant at UPV/EHU, focusing on the environmental impacts of graphite recycling from lithium-ion batteries, which resulted in a co-authored publication in ACS Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering. Earlier internships at Babcock Valves provided exposure to operations, finance, and sales, leading to strategic efficiency improvements. Gabriel holds a Master of Industrial Tech and Management from the Illinois Institute of Technology, alongside advanced degrees in Industrial Engineering from Universidad del País Vasco.
