Steven Otto

Steven Otto is an experienced professional in information technology, engineering, and quality management. Currently serving as Manager at Argo Products Company since April 1999, Steven has focused on integrating IT and ISO 9001:2014 improvements, enhancing quality analysis and risk assessment. In addition to managerial roles, Steven has been an instructor at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis since June 2018, developing online courses for IT Management. Previous teaching roles include positions at Brown Mackie College, Fontbonne University, and Kansas City Kansas Community College, where Steven instructed courses in business computer systems and IT applications. Steven's earlier career includes significant engineering roles, notably as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at GMP and Manufacturing Engineering Manager at PMI Food Equipment Corp, where lean manufacturing principles were successfully implemented. Steven holds an MBA in Business Administration from Fontbonne University and a BSIE in Industrial Engineering from St. Cloud State University.
