Hayden Bairstow

Hayden Bairstow currently serves as Executive Director and Head of Research at Argonaut since October 2023. Previously, Hayden held the position of Associate Director - Resources at Macquarie Group from July 2013 to October 2023, managing the Emerging Resources Group research product. Prior to that, Hayden was Head of Australian Resources Research at CLSA, overseeing a team of analysts focused on major companies in the sector, including BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto, and Vale. Hayden's experience includes roles as Senior Resources Analyst at Stonebridge Group and Resources Analyst at Patersons Securities, along with a background as a Mining and Steel Analyst at Commerzbank AG. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Deakin University and completion of secondary education at Applecross Senior High School.
