Janet Peine, AIC, MA has extensive experience in the field of Worker's Compensation. Janet began their career in 1997 as the Manager of Argos Risk, where they were responsible for managing a multi-million dollar 3 state TPA program. Janet was also licensed in MS and certified to handle claims in AL. In 2018, they joined Ashway as an Expert Worker's Compensation Claims Witness and Temporary Claims Manager or Senior Claims Adjuster. Janet is licensed in Mississippi, Florida, and Texas and is a fellow of CLP (Claims Litigation Practice). In 2020, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Fidelity Fiduciary Company. Peine is legally qualified to handle Alabama WC claims and is deemed qualified to render expert witness testimony in claims handling.

Janet Peine holds a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Services from Auburn University, which they obtained between 1973 and 1976. Janet also holds a Master's degree in Disability Studies from the University of Alabama at Birmingham - Collat School of Business. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in AIC in claims, a Florida Insurance Adjuster license from the State of Florida, a Licensed Adjuster Alabama from the State of Alabama, and a Licensed in MS from the State of MS.
