Since December 2010, Karen has served as a Casino Host, leveraging expertise in player development, marketing, and human resources acquired during a previous tenure from 2003 to 2016 at Argosy Casino Hotel & Spa. Karen also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Baker University, attained between 2008 and 2010.
