Hussein Dousa

Hussein Dousa is an experienced service technologist currently employed at Argus Control Systems since July 2021, where responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues, producing technical documentation, and maintaining logs in the Jira ticketing system. Prior to this role, Hussein served as a technical advisor at Concentrix from May 2019 to November 2020, assisting customers with technical difficulties and mentoring new advisors. Previous experience includes a customer service representative role at S & P Data and volunteering at Memorial University of Newfoundland. Hussein also coached youth football and worked as an office assistant at the Qatari Businessmen Association. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Engineering & Applied Sciences from Memorial University and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology from the College of the North Atlantic.
