Caroline Rothwell Gerstein

Caroline Rothwell Gerstein is a seasoned marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in brand marketing and strategy, currently serving as Head of Brand at Ethik Brands since May 2023. Caroline has extensive experience as the CEO and Managing Director of CARO Consulting, providing strategic advice and innovative solutions to numerous brands. Currently a member of the Mentorship Steering Committee at WE ARE THE BOARD and a fractional CMO advisor for Nourished3, Caroline also holds various consulting roles, including Strategic Advisor at THE ALPHA 1 COLLABORATIVE and Principal Consultant at PXT Services. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Marketing Officer at Ari Technologies Inc., where Caroline developed a pioneering online shopping platform for the fashion and beauty sectors, as well as leading significant marketing initiatives for clients such as The Taubman Company and The Recording Academy. Caroline is a graduate of the University of Maryland, holding a BS in International Politics/English.
