She progressed to Director of Regulation at Barchester Healthcare, before moving on to roles such as Director of quality and governance at Care UK, Group Director of Care, Compliance and Operations at Welltower™ Inc., and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at Aria Care. Her expertise lies in ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory bodies.
