Simon Maurice

Simon Maurice is a registered architect with extensive experience in residential development and urban design. Currently affiliated with Aria Property Group since November 2023, Simon previously served in various roles at Rothelowman from May 2014 to October 2023, including Senior Associate, Associate, Project Leader, and Architect. Prior experience includes working as an Architect at Architectus and as an Architectural Graduate at the Architectural Practice Academy. Simon began a career in architecture as an Urban Design Assistant at Sunshine Coast Regional Council and spent several years as an Architectural Assistant at Deicke Richards. Simon holds a Master of Architecture from The University of Queensland, a Bachelor of Built Environment from Queensland University of Technology, and a Diploma of Architectural Technology from Southbank Institute of TAFE.
