Umme Mannan Ph.d., P.e. (Amina)

Umme (Amina) Mannan, Ph.D., P.E., is a Senior Engineer at GMU Engineers and Geologists and has been a Pavement & Geotechnical Engineer at ARIAS since October 2018, providing engineering support for various clients including the Texas Department of Transportation and airports. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Pavement and Geotechnical Engineer at ARA and as a Pavement Condition Consultant for the Florida Department of Transportation, where extensive data analysis and evaluation of pavement conditions were conducted. With a strong academic background, including a Ph.D. in Pavement Engineering from the University of New Mexico and a Master's degree from The University of Akron, Umme Mannan has also served as a Graduate Research Assistant, focusing on multiple aspects of asphalt and pavement performance. Early professional experience includes a position as a Junior Project Engineer at Designers Develops & Builders Ltd.
