Vlad Seleznev

Vlad Seleznev is a co-founder and director at ArieGuard, where, since March 2021, the first digital investment banking platform has been launched, revolutionizing the M&A and investment industry through a user-friendly interface. Prior experience includes roles as an investment banking associate and analyst at VTB Capital, as well as an off-cycle intern at UBS Investment Bank and a junior analyst at Empire State Capital Partners, where contributions included market research and financial statement analysis. Vlad started the career at PwC as an intern in the advisory department, focusing on market research and report preparation. Education includes a Master of Science in Strategic Corporate Finance from Higher School of Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Credit from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
