Nancy Power

Nancy Power has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Nancy started their career at Arthur Andersen LLP in 1998 as an HR Operations Manager and worked there until 2002. Nancy then joined PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as a Senior HR Manager from 2002 to 2005. Following that, they joined Andersen Tax as the Managing Director of HR Operations in 2005. Currently, Nancy is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Ariel Investments since February 2023.

Nancy Power earned their Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1990 and 1994. Their field of study during this time is unknown. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business from 2002 to 2005, specializing in Business Management. In 2016, they obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from the institution SHRM.
