Ryan Sullivan

Ryan Sullivan is an experienced recruiting professional with a robust background in talent acquisition and team leadership. Currently serving as Recruiting Leader at Ariel Investments since June 2023, Ryan previously held the position of Product Design Recruiting Lead at Meta from November 2019 to March 2023, where Ryan managed a team throughout the recruiting life-cycle. Prior to that role, Ryan was the Recruiting Manager at Isobar, focusing on hands-on recruitment and leadership across the company, which included experience as a Lead Technical Recruiter.
