Wendy Fox

Wendy Fox is the Head Regulatory Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Ariel Investments, LLC since October 2004. Prior to that, Wendy worked at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission from June 1988 to October 2004, holding various positions such as Attorney, Senior Attorney, Attorney Adviser, and Ethics Liaison Officer. Wendy has a JD in Law from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and a BA in English Literature from the University of Michigan.
