Alicia Anderson

Alicia Anderson has a wealth of work experience. Alicia began their career in 2007 as a Physical Science Technician with the US Army Corps of Engineers. In 2012, they became an Application Software Specialist with Cherokee Services Group, contracted to U.S. Geological Survey. In 2015, Alicia moved to Investability as a Data Engineer, where they designed and built automated processes to load incoming real estate data feeds into MySQL and Redshift databases. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Data Engineer at NextHealth Technologies, where they designed and automated a Python system to load medical data into PostgreSQL and Spark environments. In 2021, Alicia joined YipitData as a Senior Data Engineer, where they maintained a multi-million-dollar data pipeline in Python/Spark/AWS EMR and provided expertise on the acquired Edison pipeline to the YipitData ETL team and to client-facing analysts. Alicia is currently a Senior Data Engineer at Arine.

Alicia Anderson received their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from St. Norbert College in 2008 and their Master of Science in Computer Science from Purdue University in 2011.
