Katie Mullett

Katie Mullett is an accomplished Customer Success Management Leader with extensive experience in the SaaS sector. Currently open to new opportunities, Mullett previously served as Vice President of Client Operations at HighRoads, where leadership of a team of 30 and management of an ~$18M annual budget were key responsibilities. In earlier roles at HighRoads, including Sr. Director of Product Management, Mullett directed a team of 50 in Agile software development. Prior experience at Advantasure involved managing large teams and substantial budgets, including serving as Program Director overseeing Medicare project deliverables and as Service Delivery Director managing SaaS technology operations. Mullett holds an MBA from Nichols College and a BS from Becker College.
