Efrat Sasson

Efrat Sasson is an accomplished algorithm developer and entrepreneur with extensive experience in medical imaging. Currently serving as an Algorithm Developer at Arineta Ltd., Efrat focuses on 3D image processing and algorithm implementation using MATLAB. As the Founder and CEO of WiseImage, Efrat spearheads imaging protocol planning and execution in various species, primarily utilizing MRI technology. Previously, Efrat held the position of Data Scientist and Medical Imaging specialist at Aviv Scientific, where contributions included developing MRI and SPECT analysis algorithms for brain evaluation. Efrat co-founded BioImage, emphasizing the application of MRI in pharmacological and biological research, and held a role as a scientist and administrator within the CONNECT Consortium at Tel Aviv University. Efrat Sasson earned a PhD in Neuroscience from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor's degree in Neurobiology and Neurosciences from Bar Ilan University.
