Hans Michael Huber has a vast and diverse experience in workforce management and customer service operations. Hans Michael currently holds the position of Sr. Director of Workforce Management at Arise Virtual Solutions Inc. Hans Michael previously worked at Republic Services where they launched and oversaw the Workforce Optimization Department. Hans Michael also established the personnel budget for over 1.5k service agents and specialty support desks. Before that, Hans worked as a self-employed consultant, providing workforce management, customer service, and operations consulting services. Hans Michael also served as the 1st Vice President of Customer Care and Workforce Management at Balboa Insurance Group / Bank of America, where they were responsible for all customer care and call center operations.
