Mike Griffin

Mike Griffin has extensive work experience in the field of product design, experience strategy, and user experience. Mike is currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Design at ArisGlobal since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at TIAA as the Director of Product Experience Strategy from December 2020 to June 2022. Mike also held the position of Director of User Experience Design at TIAA-CREF Financial Services from December 2013 to October 2021.

Before joining TIAA, they worked at IntraLinks as the Director of User Experience from July 2011 to November 2013. Mike also served as the User Experience Lead at Aveksa from April 2010 to June 2011, and as the Manager of User Interface Engineering at Monster from June 2009 to April 2010.

Mike'searlier experience includes working as the Managing Architect of User Experience at Makana Solutions from November 2006 to May 2009. Prior to that, they worked at Fidelity as a Senior Information Architect from December 2005 to November 2006, where they designed and prototyped a major RIA project for Fidelity's eBusiness unit.

Mike's career began as a Lead UI Designer at P&H Solutions from July 2004 to December 2005, where they designed and implemented a system of template-driven designs for the P&H online banking suite, focusing on co-branding opportunities.

Mike Griffin received their MFA in Painting from Indiana University Bloomington, completing their education from 1998 to 2000.
