Pamela Gould RN, MHA has over 19 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Pamela began their career in 2001 as a National Sales Trainer, Account Executive, Clinical Education Specialist, and Northeast Regional Sales Manager for Critical Care Systems. In 2007, they became the National Director of Sales for LifePlans, Inc. and then in 2010, they were the Sales Manager for Infusion Resources Inc., where they were responsible for spearheading the sales effort and product/business development for the start-up regional infusion branch. In 2013, they became the Vice President of Sales for Integra ServiceConnect, LLC, and in 2014, they were the Vice President of Payer Strategies for StatDoctors (acquired by Teladoc). From 2015 to 2017, they were the Vice President of Business Development and Payer Strategies for PointRight Inc. and then the Senior Vice President of Payer Strategies for Happify Health. In 2019, they founded Gould Healthcare Consulting and created growth strategies and sales guidance for organizations seeking to grow their footprint in the healthcare space. Currently, they are the Chief Growth Officer for AristaMD, where they are responsible for the eConsult Platform, providing solutions to empower primary care providers with clinical workup checklists and the ability to conduct electronic consults.
Pamela Gould RN, MHA has a diverse educational background. Pamela began their studies in 1989 at Quinsigamond Community College, where they earned an AA in Biology in 1992. Pamela then attended Becker College, where they obtained an Associate Science Registered Nurse degree in 1994. In 2010, they returned to Worcester State University and completed their Bachelor's Degree in Health Education in 2013. In 2014, they earned their Master's Degree in Health Care Administration/Management from Worcester State University. Most recently, in 2018, they completed a Postgraduate Certificate in College Teaching from the Higher Education Consortium of Central Massachusetts (HECCMA).
