María Alejandra Parra Cortazar

Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in entrepreneurship and nutrition. Since August 2020, Mariana has served as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Concurrently, Mariana has worked as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro (2017-2019), practice as a nutritionist at Consultorio Particular (2016-2019), and university lecturer at a labor training school, where Mariana taught applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a diploma in business administration from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a bachelor's degree in nutrition and wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
