Lisa Jillson is the current VP, Head of Marketing & Design at Arity. Prior to their current position, they were the Director - Emerging Businesses, Connected Car and Corporate Marketing at Allstate Insurance from June 2005 to December 2016. In this role, they led product market for multiple lines and corporate initiatives including Innovation/New Products, Corporate Advocacy, Catastrophe Communications, Agent Recruitment, Brand Identity & Image Management, Digital, Mobile and Social Marketing, Event Management, Sponsorship, Promotions, and Public Relations. From January 1998 to December 2005, Lisa was the SVP, Management Supervisor at Ogilvy and Mather where they Led Client Service on Sears Storewide Advertising, Dove Face and Body Advertising, and Kimberly Clark Advertising; Lisa also Led Creative Department Administration for two years. Lisa has also held the positions of VP, Account Director at Upshot from January 1996 to December 1998 and Account Management at Leo Burnett from January 1989 to December 1996.
Lisa Jillson pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus in marketing from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Lisa also obtained certification from the LUMA Institute as a Certified Practitioner of Human Centered Design.
