Xiaofeng Zhang

Xiaofeng (Steve) Zhang is a seasoned data science professional with a robust background in machine learning, digital advertising, and advanced analytics. Currently serving as a Data Science Manager at Arity since July 2023, Zhang leads system design and model development initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Machine Learning at Quantcast, where critical advancements in quantitative digital advertising were achieved through feature engineering and big data analytics, and Data Science Manager at Marchex, focusing on conversational AI and mixed data modeling. Zhang's expertise is also supported by a strong academic foundation, having been an Assistant Professor at Duke University, a Postdoctoral Researcher at Penn State University, and a Senior Data Scientist at Veritone, Inc. Zhang holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Tsinghua University.
